We hope you adore your purchase! However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to assist with an online store credit.

Returns Policy:

Online store credit will be issued for all eligible returns.

Online store credits cannot be redeemed in physical store locations.

Items must be returned in their original condition along with the invoice.

Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the shipped date to qualify.

Credits apply only to the item’s purchase price and exclude shipping and handling fees.

We’ll notify you via email once your store credit has been processed.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders:

If your item arrives damaged or your order is incomplete, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll provide instructions for resolving the issue. Damaged items must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days of communication.

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

Items Eligible for Return:

Online purchases returned within 16 days of the shipped date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.

Original tags must be attached.

Items must be free of stains (e.g., deodorant, makeup, pet hair) and odors (e.g., cigarette smoke, perfume).

Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without signs of wear.

 

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

Items discounted 25% or more (Final Sale).

Black Friday Doorbusters (Final Sale).

Food items, beauty products, face masks, undergarments, bodysuits, or items deemed “non-returnable.”

 

Items that fail to meet these guidelines will not qualify for a return or credit. Non-eligible returns will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Shipping Policy

 

FREE Shipping for orders over $100 within the continental United States.

Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $7.95.

International, Hawaiian, and Canadian shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please allow up to 30 days for international orders to arrive.

 

Important Notes:

We ship to verified US Postal Service addresses. Please double-check your address during checkout to avoid delivery delays.

UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you need to use a PO Box, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via email.

 

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather or carrier service interruptions.
